Terms and conditions

Welcome to the Easy Sweets website. Please review the following terms, which govern your use of this website and your orders with Easy Sweets Baked Goods. Using the website means you agree to them. We may update these terms at any time; please check back when you visit.

Orders and quotes. An order request or quote request on this website is not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when we reply to confirm availability, final price and timing. Prices shown are our last published prices and may change; we will always confirm the current price before you commit.

Lead times. Most items require 3 business days. Custom, shaped, tiered and wedding cakes require 3 weeks. Catering orders require 2 weeks. Orders for Sunday must be placed by Wednesday.

Pickup and delivery. Pickup is at 300 Supertest Road, Unit 8, Toronto, by appointment. Local delivery is available on Wednesdays and Fridays within our delivery zone for a flat fee, with a minimum order. Deliveries outside the zone and for events are arranged individually.

Allergens. Our facility is peanut, tree nut, sesame, dairy and flax free, and our gluten-free items are baked in a separate kitchen. Our regular products contain wheat and eggs and may contain soy. Please tell us about every allergy when you order. Ingredient lists are available on request.

Cancellations. Custom work begins before pickup; cancellations after we have confirmed and started an order may be charged for costs incurred. We will always tell you what applies before you commit.

Website content. Unless otherwise noted, the website and all its contents, including text, photographs and logos, are the property of Easy Sweets Baked Goods and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
