Date, number of guests, theme or colours, and any photo you would like printed on edible paper. A quick sketch or inspiration picture helps.
We quote and confirm
A baker replies within one business day with a price and any suggestions. Nothing is charged until you approve.
Pick up or we deliver
Collect your cake at the bakery, or choose delivery on Wednesdays and Fridays. Wedding and event deliveries are arranged to your venue’s schedule.

Custom cake questions
- How far ahead do I need to order a custom cake?
- Slab cakes and pull-apart cupcake arrangements need 3 business days. Multi-layer, shaped, tiered and wedding cakes need 3 weeks. Catering orders need 2 weeks.
- Can you print a photo or logo on the cake?
- Yes. We print edible images on allergen-safe sheets. Send us the image with your request and we will size it to the cake.
- Are your cakes safe for a child with a peanut or tree nut allergy?
- Our whole facility is peanut, tree nut, sesame and dairy free. No allergen ingredients enter the building. We still recommend you share any allergy with us when ordering so we can note it on the order.
- Do you make gluten-free or egg-free cakes?
- Yes. Gluten-free and egg-free cakes are baked in our separate, enclosed gluten-free kitchen and cost a little more because of the ingredients.
- Are the cakes kosher?
- Everything we bake is kosher (COR) and pareve, so it can follow a meat or dairy meal.
- Do you deliver?
- Yes, on Wednesdays and Fridays within our Toronto delivery zone for $25, and by arrangement for weddings and large events. Pickup at the bakery is always free.
