- How far ahead do I need to order?
- Most items need 3 business days. Custom cakes and tiered cakes need 3 weeks. If your date is sooner than that, call 416-783-7200 and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
- Do I pay when I place the order?
- No payment is taken online. You send an order request, and we confirm availability, the final price and the pickup or delivery time by email or phone, usually the same day.
- Can I pick up, or do you deliver?
- Pickup is free from the bakery at 300 Supertest Road, Unit 8, by appointment. We also deliver Wednesdays and Fridays for $25, on a minimum order of $40, within Hwy 404 to Hwy 400, St. Clair Ave to Major Mackenzie Dr.
- Are the prices on the website final?
- They are our last published prices. Ingredient costs move, so we confirm the current price with you before you commit to anything.
- Is everything really free of nuts and dairy?
- Yes. The whole facility is free of peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and dairy, so nothing containing them is in the building. Gluten-free items are baked in a separate enclosed gluten-free kitchen, and egg-free options are available on request. Everything is kosher, certified by COR.
