What better way to play with food than with this creative and fun program! First participants will learn proper use of tools and basic knife skills for carving and designing fruits. Then they will proceed to learn floral designs, fruit arrangements and plating, and how to make fancy fruit displays. Finally, students will be shown accoutrements and other secrets to making beautiful creations and attractive centerpieces. Take your creations and skills home and be the talk of the dinner party with beautiful fruit displays!

**Pre-registration is required online or by phone to the Easy Sweets order desk (416-783-7200).  This is not a drop in class/ tickets must be purchased in advance.  This program requires a minimum of 6 participants.  Registered participants will be notified of class cancellations 24 hours in advance.
